Youth Drama Camp Shakespeare
Experience the magic of YDC! Children collaborate, create, and build confidence in a nurturing, child-centered environment. Our expert teaching artists and caring group leaders engage your child in Fencing, Stage Combat, Improvisation, Voice/Speech, Elizabethan Song and Dance, and more! Culminating in a performance of a Shakespeare play. An exuberant celebration of all that they have learned!

Youth Americana Music Camp
Sing, dance, and tell stories during this celebration of American Folk music. Children learn the songs of legends like Woody Guthrie and Pete Seeger, as well as the historical events that inspired them! Experienced teaching artists engage your child in all the elements of performing these great folk songs as they discover the strength of working in a creative ensemble. Sing along with your children during their moving final performance and discover, through music, the journey America has taken to become mindful, kind, and inclusive.

Young People's Camp
9 sessions specially designed to introduce young children in the imaginative world of Shakespeare and classical theatre. Experienced teaching artists and caring group leaders engage your little one in Commedia dell’Arte, Theatre Games, Stage Combat, Music, Puppetry, Elizabethan Dance, and more! They learn to play as a team while developing their individual creative thinking. Their final performance will have you smiling for days!
DATES: M/W/F, July 9 – July 27

Winter Session: Combat Intensive
Does your student love to duel? Then this is the class for them! Children learn the secrets behind fencing, combat, and stage falls that keep performers safe and audiences amazed. Choreographed fights from Shakespeare plays are performed at the final class!
DATES: Sat & Sun, Feb. 10 & 11
TIME: 10am- 1pm
Spring Session: Playwriting & Performing
Students collaborate to create their own play! An expert teaching artist leads them through improvisation, theatre games, and creative writing exercises to help them craft, rehearse, and perform their original work. Students also work together to investigate and perform a Shakespeare soliloquy. Both are shared at a culminating performance on the last day of class.
DATES: Saturdays, March 3 – April 28
No class on 3/31
TIME: 10am – 1pm

Fall Session: Improvisation
Improvisation is the ultimate confidence builder! Our experienced teaching artists engage your child in theatre games that hone their ability to collaborate and think creatively. Each student is also coached in an edited Shakespeare monologue, hand-picked for them! The final performance is a celebration of ensemble and Shakespeare.
DATES: Saturdays, Sept. 15 – Nov. 3
TIME: 10am – 1pm
