When do I have to pay for my group?
To secure your held seats, payment is due no later than 21 days before the performance. If there are fewer than 21 days between the confirmation date and the performance, the theatre will set an appropriate due date for the purchase amount. All order must be processed through one payment.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards, checks, and cash (you will need to contact us for special arrangements to pay at the box office). Checks must be received 10 days before the performance, after which payment will only be accepted via American Express, Visa, Master Card, or Discover Card.
Is there a processing fee for my order?
Yes, there is a one-time processing fee of $5, due at the time of purchase.
May I change the number of tickets in my reservation?
Yes, you can change your number of tickets up until your final payment which is generally 21 days before the performance.
