Acting, administration, technical design, education and production – we have an internship for every aspect of Theatricum’s operation. There is no better place to learn and grow as a professional theater artist.
Professional Acting Internship
Actors auditioning for the season are eligible to apply for the Professional Acting Internship Program. Acting Interns perform in at least one show and may understudy other roles; receive 50 hours of classical training; are mentored by one of our esteemed company members; earn EMC points towards their AEA union card; receive on-the-job training and experience in a technical, administrative or educational area of theatre; perform classical scenes and monologues in an end of season showcase in our 299-seat outdoor amphitheater.
