Gain a profound understanding of Shakespeare’s text with this master of Scansion & Rhetoric, Lynn Robert Berg. This class will elevate your speaking of verse and give you insight into Shakespeare’s characters.
You will be given a personally selected monologue to apply the techniques to, as Lynn guides you through the preparation, exploration and clarity of performance. Don’t miss it!

A little about Lynn:
Lynn Robert Berg has been a scansion and acting coach for more than twenty years, and has been on stage with the Theatricum for two seasons. A classically trained stage actor for nearly three decades, he has performed in twenty three plays in Shakespeares canon, playing such roles as Macbeth, Richard III, Brutus in Julius Caesar, Petruchio in Taming of the Shrew, Prospero and Caliban in The Tempest, Friar Lawrence and Tybalt in Romeo and Juliet, and Malvolio in Twelfth Night. He was a company member of Great Lakes Theater in Cleveland, OH and the Idaho Shakespeare Festival for more than twenty years, and has performed with Chicago Shakespeare Theater, Writers Theater in Glencoe, IL, Delaware Theater Company, Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival, Island Shakespeare Festival and A Noise Within in Pasadena. He holds a Masters of Fine Arts degree from the University of Delaware Professional Theater Training Program.
