Visiting with Your Group
All visitors are invited to fully experience the beautiful natural surroundings of Theatricum beginning two and half hours before the start of the performance. The Hamlet Hut offers a selection of snacks, soft drinks, wine, and beer, or you can bring your own picnic and find a shady spot in the Shakespeare Garden to enjoy your meal before the play begins. Parking is available on Topanga Canyon Blvd or in the paid lot (free for vehicles with handicap placards).
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We have a minimum of 10 people per group, and a maximum of 299.
Credit Card payments must be made no later than 2 weeks prior to the performance date. If purchasing for a Monday performance, group order payment is due 15 days prior to the performance date. Check payments must be received by Theatricum Botanicum no later than 3 weeks prior to the performance date. Checks can be made out to “Will Geer Theatricum Botanicum.
We accept credit cards and checks. Checks must be received 21 days before the performance, after which payment will only be accepted via American Express, Visa, Master Card, or Discover Card.
There is a one-time processing fee of $7, due at the time of purchase.
You can change your number of tickets up until your final payment, which is generally 14 days before the performance.
There are no refunds after final payment.
