Join us for a 70th-anniversary screening of Salt of the Earth, a story of resilience, solidarity, and the courageous fight for dignity in the face of adversity. Film historian Ed Rampell will moderate a panel including Ellen Geer, extra in the 1954 movie and whose father, Will Geer, portrayed the Sheriff; Bill Jarrico, whose father Paul Jarrico was Salt’s producer; Becca Wilson, whose father Michael Wilson wrote Salt; Heather Wood, granddaughter of real-life labor organizers Clint and Virginia Jencks; and other guests.
